OF LOVE : SPACE

Head empty, need space.

not from you, from myself.

Every time I smile, I feel fake.

Forced to be happy for you, to look okay.

Like everything is how it’s supposed to be.

And we’re wherever we’re supposed to be.

But, we’re not.

I’m here, and you’re there.

And the space between us,

even if we’re right next to each other,

feels like we’re in two different universes.

How did our galaxies drift apart ?

I was once the type of girl who had more guy friends, because guy friends are easy to hang out with, drama-free, less judging and more fun. I thought that I wasn’t like other girls because I could fit in with the guys, I like to have deeper conversations, I loved the color black, and I prefer not being the center of attention.

We all met them at some point in our life. Toxic friends can be a bit hard to spot since they play the role of a friend. Through my experience with people, I learned some signs that indicate that a person is toxic and I need to get rid of them.

How I cope with Anxiety

I’ve had anxiety for more than 5 years now. When it began roughly in 2012, I had the whole package. The main thing that bothered me was insomnia. Through the years, the symptoms reduced. These days, I can sleep quite easily but I started experiencing respiratory problems and shortness of breath, which sucks because it influences my daily life. These are some things I do (or I should do) to not be overwhelmed by anxiety.
